Offering modern, luxurious, well appointed and fully furnished accommodations, these two adjacent 2 storey spacious condo homes at the The Palms Marina are located just to the west of Utila Town center in an area known locally as Blue Bayou on a strip of land separating the Caribbean Sea and the Oyster Bay Lagoon.

Less than 3 minutes walk away on the ocean side of the condos is a private beach with great snorkeling and shore diving on Utila's fringing reef. Almost the same distance away is Coral View Dive Center at which you can rent scuba diving equipment and kayaks, or you can sign up with them for a day of Boat Diving, a scuba diving course, or take one of their several excursions. While the Coral View Restaurant is closest, several other popular restaurants and bars are within a 15 minute walk along the sandy beachfront road. Utila town center is a 30 minute walk, or 5 minutes by Tuk-Tuk (the most popular taxi service on the island).

Sit on the upstairs balcony on the ocean side reading a book and watching the world go by or hang out on the lagoon side at The Palms Marina private palapa/champa having a beer and BBQ to enjoy the spectacular sunsets over the lagoon. For self-catering vacations, each condo has a fully fitted and furnished kitchen with all mod cons. Although you are unlikely to spend much time indoors, each condo has central air-conditioning, and a flat panel TV connected to Satellite Direct-TV and a DVD player. A wireless broadband Internet service is accessible throughout the condos.

When it comes to sleeping, the master bedroom has a queen size bed and on-suite bathroom with walk-in shower unit and tub. The two other bedrooms have double beds and share a bathroom. All linens are provided and there is a top loading washer and front loading dryer in the down-stairs laundry area. But come on, you're on vacation, so why not take advantage of our optional house-keeping service.

Low Season - August 1 to December 18
*$80 per night per person weekdays (3 nights minimum)

High Season - December 19 to July 31
*$100 per night per person weekdays (3 nights minimum)
*$120 per night per person weekends (3 nights minimum)
