The Tangerine Dream Beach House is a spacious oceanfront efficiency, a perfect vacation rental for two people. It is located on Paradise Cove at Red Cliff, on the windward (eastern) side of Utila with 119 ft of private beachfront. There are amazing ocean views from the property, as well as a pleasant deck area, and also your own private oceanfront gazebo.

The property is located directly on the sandy beach of beautiful Paradise Cove Bay and offers excellent snorkeling right from your front yard. Designated scuba diving sites with exotic coral formations and reef fish are within swimming distance from shore.

The Tangerine Dream Beach House is cooled during the long hot summers by the refreshing easterly trade-winds that are fairly constant on this side of the island. If needed, there is an 1,800 BTU air conditioning unit as well as ceiling fans over the bed, in the living room, and bathroom. There is an expansive deck facing the ocean with deck chairs, perfect for gazing over the ocean with your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Additionally, there is a private covered gazebo at the waters edge with built-in seating.

The Tangerine Dream Beach House is located on the windward (eastern) side of the island, in the up-market Tradewinds development. It is 1.5 miles from the center of town, which allows you easy access to restaurants, bars, shops, dive shops, etc., but still gives you the privacy and sense of "being away from it all".
