Right at the edge of the Caribbean Sea, this fully-furnished luxury 2 story, 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom, Island home comes with a spectacular view overlooking the Utila Cays harbor with the mountains of Honduras just in the distance. Watch the sun rise and the sun set from your private over-the-water dock & deck while the cool east wind breeze makes you smile; you know you are in your own paradise. This is also the place for private sunbathing or star watching.

The open floor plan of the Upper House has a full kitchen with dining, lounge, and loft areas, comfortable seating for dreaming, napping, reading, watching the TV, or sit on the large covered porch with the same spectacular views as is offered from the over the water deck. While out on the porch you may want to hang out in a hammock and watch life pass by during a typical Caribbean day.

All bedroom and living space is air conditioned for comfort. The Upper House master bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom a few steps away. The Upper House also has two bedrooms and share a separate bathroom. The Lower House has two large separate bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a single bed and en suite bathroom. The Lower House also has a separate kitchenette area.

This comfortable and luxurious Island home sits on a triple sized lot with a private beach and its own private dock and party deck, making Casa de Playa a one of a kind vacation experience.

$1,800 to $2,100 per week for up to 4 guests, $20 to $25 per night per additional guest (plus tax and security deposit).
