The Coral Bungalow is an up-market, recently constructed, spacious oceanfront efficiency, perfect for two people (3 possible). It is located on Paradise Cove at Red Cliff, on the windward (eastern) side of Utila. There are amazing ocean views from the unit, as well as a pleasant deck area, and also your own private oceanfront gazebo.

The bungalow is located directly on the sandy beach of beautiful Paradise Cove Bay and offers excellent snorkeling right from your front yard. Designated scuba diving sites with exotic coral formations and reef fish are within swimming distance from shore.

The bungalow interior is built to the highest standards including a fully equipped modern kitchen with gas cook-top, indoor grill, convection/microwave oven, toaster and more. The kitchen connects to a breakfast bar which opens up to the comfortable living room looking out to the sea. There is a queen-size hide-away Murphy bed, large walk-in closet, and spacious bathroom with walk-in tiled shower.

The Coral Bungalow is cooled during the long hot summers by the refreshing easterly trade-winds that are fairly constant on this side of the island. If needed, there is an air conditioning unit as well as ceiling fans over the bed, in the living room, and bathroom. There is an expansive deck facing the ocean, perfect for gazing over the ocean with your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Additionally, there is a private covered gazebo at the waters edge with built-in seating.

*A $150 refundable security deposit is required before check-in. To hold your reservation, 50% of the total amount due is required. Remaining due on or before day of arrival.

*There is a 20% surcharge added for weeks of Semana Santa (Easter Week) and Christmas.

*Cancellation & refund: 30 days written notice, $100 cancellation fee.

The Coral Bungalow is located on the windward (eastern) side of the island, in the up-market Tradewinds development. It is 1.5 miles from the center of town, which allows you easy access to restaurants, bars, shops, dive shops, etc., but still gives you the privacy and sense of “being away from it all”.

Most guest who rent in this area choose to rent bicycles, which are available in town for about $5 USD per day. You can also rent golf carts and scooters for a price of approximately $35-40 USD per day. Some guests also choose to walk to town (about 20-25 minutes) or take a cab home at night (about $4 USD for 2 people one way).
