This one bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor of one of the most beautiful beachfront homes on Utila’s east side. It has a beautiful view of Paradise Cove with snorkeling and diving right out your backdoor.

The apartment is small and cozy and will do nicely for one person or a couple who want to be on the beach in a quiet breezy neighborhood.

The unit has a bedroom with a queen sized bed, dresser and clothes hanging area. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet (toilet paper may be disposed of in the toilet).

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, gas cooktop, microwave, coffee maker and all the utensils and dishes requires. There is a bar with stools for mealtimes. There is also a gas barbeque just outside.

The living area has a couch, two chairs, coffee table with cable TV and WiFi service is available throughout the unit. There are double doors that can be opened out onto the private outside patio where you will find a café table, two bar stools and a two person hammock.

The unit does have air conditioning however the tenant pays for using it. All other power and utilities are included in the rental price. We also provide two bicycles for your use while visiting Utila.
