Lovely beachfront home on the secluded south shore of Utila off the coast of Honduras. The beach is at your doorstep and the breeze is constant.

The house has big open spaces everywhere, from the upstairs living area to the wrap around porch. The snorkeling and diving right off the shore is spectacular. If you feel like going to the Cays or to Utila Town they are a short boat ride away. There you can have dinner, walk around and meet the locals or shop.

Choose the tranquility of the house, just laying in the hammock on the beach or explore the island. One things for sure, it will be an experience you won't soon forget.

4 with queen size beds, (sleeps 8)

$1,500* per house per week (up to 4 guests).

$1,800* per house per week (5-6 guests).

$2,000* per house per week (7-8 guests).

*50% deposit due upon booking with the remainder, (along with refundable security deposit), due 30 days prior to arrival.

The main floor has a large (700 sq.ft) living/dining/kitchen with 16 ft. high ceilings and French doors leading to the veranda and views of the ocean, cays and the mountains of the mainland. The master bedroom has walk in closet and French doors opening to the veranda with ocean views, en suite bathroom with double vanities and large walk in shower. guest bedroom has roomy closet and en suite bathroom with single vanity and walk in shower. The ground floor is accessed via a separate entrance and has two bedrooms, each with views of the ocean, 10 ft. high ceilings, walk in closets and French doors that open onto the beach. The bathroom has a single vanity and walk in shower. You will also have a concierge, Air Conditioning in each room, Hot Water, Fully Equipped Kitchen including microwave and coffeemaker, internet access, and Bose iDock sound system.

Package Deals:

Room service, private chef, private diving, sailing trips, fishing trips, kayaking, kite surfing, and horseback riding on the beach can all be arranged.
