The Lavender Beach House

Two different grand stairways lead to the second floor spacious covered porches complete with elegant, yet comfortable deck furniture to relax in while you enjoy the magnificent view of the Caribbean as well as the Utila Cays, and the mountains on the mainland coast. From there step inside the main living area where you will find the great room loaded with tropical-style high end furnishings, a/c, 32" LCD, iPod sound system, DVD player, wireless internet, and satellite TV

Then check out the upscale ceramic tiled kitchen with U.S. stainless steel appliances and water purification system, and finally the luxurious master bedroom with it’s king size bed complete with mosquito netting, a/c, walk in closet, and private bathroom with on-demand hot water as well as a separate laundry room. Downstairs, there are two more complete bedrooms fitted with queen size beds as well as a bathroom and a/c. The home is also equipped with a powerful backup generator to ensure 24 hour power, as well as a night watchman so you can leave your worries behind.

As amazing as this home is, you probably won’t want to spend much time inside. Steps away from the house is the gorgeous Caribbean with a beautiful reef perfect for snorkeling right off of the shore. Diving, kayaking, sport fishing, hiking Pumpkin hill, trips to the Hogg Islands, and great nightlife a short boat ride away are sure to keep you enthralled during your stay. It even comes with a personal concierge to handle scheduling any or all of your activities as well as provide extra services such as: housekeeping, childcare, or even a private chef to come to the home and prepare a romantic dinner while you relax. We will provide a provisioning form prior to your arrival, so you can instruct us as to what food/drink/specialty items you would like stocked in the home when you arrive.

The Lavender House is boat access only. Arrivals and departures occur in Utila Town. Airport/ferry dock pick up and drop off are included as well as transportation to and from the Lavender House via water taxi on your arrival and departure days. Additional trips to town can be arranged through your concierge.
