Located in Utila's Trade Wind residential community, and a 25 minutes walk from the center of the Utila's main town, this recently constructed, luxury, fully-furnished 2 story, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom 6,295 sq ft House has 75.45 ft of private beach at Paradise Cove which is a protected small sandy beach bay offering a safe swimming area, snorkeling over the fringing coral reef, and a shore entry point for scuba diving access to Utila's Red Cliff and Ship's Stern official dive sites on the reef wall some 850 ft  away.

To the east are ocean views across Paradise Cove to the Western Caribbean sea, to the south, and on a clear day, are views over the Ocean to Cayos Cochinos and the Cerros de Cangrejal mountain range located on the Honduras mainland some 29 miles distant. To the north-east are ocean views to Roatan, the largest of The Bay Islands, 23 miles away. To the west are views across the native mangrove trees in Utila's Lower Lagoon.

This air-conditioned beach vacation rental house comes fully furnished with all luxuries including Dish Network TV, Multi-function CD/DVD Player, Flat Panel Large Screen TV's and Satellite Internet. The House has a large porch on the ocean side offering an ideal location for sunset cocktails and barbeque.

Sea life in the Cove is extensive and varies from fish to octopus to sea eels all making the 30 second walk into the water worthwhile. Only 60' from the waters edge the cove becomes your own private swimming pool! This community's CC&Rs guarantee an upscale community with no fear of commercial enterprises or less than standard housing. All of the homes are tasteful and carefully cared for.
