This is a cute island-style home, on the lagoon, with great front and back decks in the heart of Utila town. Makes a great affordable option to a hotel room for couples, friends, or a family traveling together. You do not need transportation, although some guests do prefer bicycles for the sake of convenience. You can certainly walk to the restaurants, bars, dive-shops, internet cafes, etc, without difficulty.

The house features 2 large spacious decks; the large front deck facing the street is perfect for sitting and watching the town happenings from your porch swing. Enjoy cocktails and dinners on your large back patio, overlooking the Upper Lagoon, which offers a nice bit of serenity.

This is a fully equipped two bedroom, 1 bathroom home. It is designed to be ideal for 4 people, but the sleeping loft upstairs is perfect for the kids, making it possible to accommodate up to 6 people. Louvered French doors open onto both the front and back porches to provide the home with maximum breezes. This is a cute home is a pleasant alternative to a hotel room, and works well for 2 couples traveling together, friends, or a family group.

We are on-call throughout your stay; and we will also ensure you have butane for cooking, your drinking water delivered, answer any questions on diving and other activities, and help you with anything else throughout your stay.
