El Berlinero Apartments

Located in Sandy Bay Utila, about 2 minutes walk from Gunters/Ecomarine Dive Shop and 5 minutes walk from Chepes Beach, El Berlinero Apartments comprises two separate apartment units, each with two double beds, Air Conditioning, hot shower, kitchenette, balcony with hammock and Cable TV. The Apartments are set in the grounds of a private house with three gorgeous dogs guarding the area.

Each 324 sq ft Apartment has 1 room, 1 double bed downstairs, 1 double bed in loft area - Sleeps 4, also Bathroom, fully-equipped Kitchenette and balcony.

*$15.00 per night (without A/C), $25 per night (with A/C)

*$170.00 per week

*Weekly rate included metered Electricity, Nightly rate to pay for metered Electricity as used.

*A ($50 for weekly rentals, $20 for nightly rentals) refundable security deposit is required before check-in.

*Rates are correct as at 26-Feb-2009, but are subject to change without notice.

We are located on down in Sandy Bay. From the Municipal Dock, turn left and walk down Main Street to Gunters/Ecomarine Dive Shop. Just before Waters Edge Apartments turn right off the Main Street and then 10 meters further turn left. We are the second gateway along this walkway.
