Caribbean Dream Apartments Caribbean Dream Apartments Caribbean Dream Apartments were built in April 2008 and finished to high standards. The 3 story building offers 6 apartments with views of both Utila's East Harbor and Utila's Upper Lagoon. Located in Utila's "The Point" area we are centrally located and less than a few minutes walk away from Cross Creek Dive Center, Utila Dive Center & Alton's Dive Shop, Underwater Vision and Utila Watersports. Nearby Restaurants include; Big Mamma's Cafe, RJ's Grill, Mermaid's and Zanzibar Cafe.
No of Rooms & Prices ($US) :	6 Apartments, fully furnished, each with 1 Bedroom (either with 2 twin beds or 1 double bed), Bathroom, Kitchen and Living Room (Sleeps 2) $50.00 per night $275.00 per week $400.00 per month Monthly rates exclude metered Electricity - Guests to pay for electricity used A $100 refundable security deposit is required for weekly and monthly rentals before check-in. A maximum of 2 people per apartment is allowed *Rates are correct as at 28-Jun-2008, but are subject to change without notice.
Package Deals:	Golf Cart rentals at $300.00 per week
Facilities:	Air Conditioning, Ceiling Fans, Hot Water Showers, Fully Equipped Kitchen with 4 element electric range, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, all pots, pans, utensils, crockery and cutlery), 60 channel Cable TV, Wireless Internet, linen/bedding provided including towels.
Location:	We are located on Utila's main street. From the municipal dock, turn right and head down towards "The Point". We are about 5 minutes walk down the road on the left hand side opposite Rita's Boutique.
