Nestled amongst the trees at Jack Neal Bight on Utila’s exclusive South Shore just a few feet from the Caribbean Sea, this house with two cabanas can easily sleep 16. The solitude and seclusion of this house affords great relaxation and good times with a lot of friends/family. Located 20 minutes by boat from Utila Town you are free from the hustle and bustle but close enough to go to town if you like. The fabulous Neptune’s Restaurant and Beach Club is just a short 20 minute walk from the house.

The main house has two bedrooms with queen beds and a shared bath, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room w/TV and DVD, and a spacious front deck overlooking the beach. Each Cabana has a bedroom and loft with queen beds, and a queen size futon, bathroom, small fridge and a small deck overlooking the beach. In between the Cabana's is a nice deck area. Under the main house there is a bodega with a washer and freezer for additional grocery storage. The four bedrooms have AC, and the rest have fans for comfort on hot days. There is a very large semi-private beach and the coral reefs are right there for snorkeling pleasure. Diving and other activities are easily arranged, just ask.

The rental includes 5 five gallon jugs of purified drinking water per week, one transport to the house at arrival and departure. We also offer a provisioning service so you can arrive to a fully stocked house.

Low Season (May 15th to Nov 14th) - High Season (Nov 15th to May 14th) Price for up to 4 guests for one week is $1,000 (Low Season) to $1200 (High Season) plus applicable taxes. Each additional guest is $20 plus tax per person per night. Prices correct as at 26-Feb-2015. $500 refundable security deposit required. 19% Honduran tax additional.
